During your first visit to Summit Dental Care, you will be greeted by our friendly staff and have the opportunity to discuss your dental goals. Your dentist will then review your medical history, perform an oral exam, take X-rays, and create a personalized treatment plan tailored just for you. Before leaving the office, our hygienist will provide a thorough cleaning of your teeth, as well as inspect them for any cavities or early signs of tooth decay or gingivitis.
On your first visit, bring your smile and the following information:
- Your completed patient information form
- Your insurance card (if applicable)
At Summit Dental Care, we understand how important oral health is for overall wellbeing. That's why we recommend that all our patients come in for regular check-ups and routine teeth cleanings every 6 months. During these visits, our team of professionals will use advanced technology such as digital X-rays and intraoral cameras to ensure that any necessary treatments are performed swiftly and accurately. We also offer cosmetic services such as teeth whitening, veneers & implants to help you feel your best about your smile.
